1 Introduction & General Overview

Heybej (https://heybej.net) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between heybej and its users. By accessing or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Please read these Terms in full before accessing or registering on the heybej platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register on the heybej platform and use its betting services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all associated accounts will be closed.

3 Account Management

Every account registered on heybej is strictly personal. Your password and login credentials must not be shared with anyone. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

• Heybej bears no responsibility if login credentials are shared with a third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
• To update your account details (name, identity), please reach out to heybej support.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be suspended by heybej. Contact support to reactivate your account.

4 Betting Rules

All betting activity on heybej is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified. In exceptional cases, heybej's decision is final.

• Always verify the amount and odds before confirming a bet — once confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• Bets must be placed before the match or event begins, or within the specified time window.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, heybej reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake is generally refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set by heybej and are subject to change.

For accumulator or combo bets involving multiple selections, the entire bet is lost if any selection is incorrect. heybej does not control match outcomes — odds are simply a reflection of probability.

5 Payments & Transactions

Heybej supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted connections.

• The minimum deposit amount must be met.
• A completed identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 business hours.
• Heybej reserves the right to hold withdrawals if a payment method has not been verified.
• It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal methods match — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Additional charges may apply for currency conversion or international transactions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Heybej regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals to its users. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before acceptance.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users only.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• If a bet placed with bonus funds is voided, the bonus will also be considered void.
• Using or attempting to use the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.

7 Responsible Betting

• You have the option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period through Self-Exclusion.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heybej platform. Any such activity, if detected, will result in permanent account closure:

• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfer.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on heybej's systems.
• Obtaining bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Harassing or engaging in aggressive behavior toward other users.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Heybej may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If registration was completed using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• At the direction of legal authorities.

Users can contact support at any time to close their account. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure may be refunded, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
